Flor de Sal Natural – 400 g

Flor de Sal is Portugal’s finest sea salt. It forms only on selected days, when sun, wind and sea come together in the traditional salt pans of Castro Marim on the Algarve.

Unlike standard table salt, Flor de Sal is neither industrially processed nor refined. It remains natural, slightly moist and mineral-rich, with a delicate, crisp texture and a mild, balanced taste.

Use it as a finishing salt: sprinkle it over food just before serving to bring out the natural flavour of meat, fish, vegetables, salads and Mediterranean dishes.
