Shipping & Returns

Here you will find the key information about shipping, delivery and returns at jaramari Finefood.

Shipping area

At launch, we ship within Germany. Additional delivery countries may be added later.

Shipping method and delivery time

We ship with standard delivery. Orders are prepared and shipped from our German stock via our fulfillment partner Amazon MCF. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after handover to the shipping carrier.

Depending on stock and fulfillment, an order may be delivered in several parcels. In this case, you will receive separate shipping or tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are shown in checkout. At launch, we offer free standard shipping within Germany.

Requesting a return

If you would like to return an order, please use the link in your order confirmation or on the order status page, or write to us at info@jaramari.com with your order number.

Returns are reviewed and approved manually by us. Please only send goods back after you have received return instructions from us.

Return period

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving the goods. For partial deliveries, the period begins once the last shipment of your order has been delivered.

Condition of the goods

As our products are food items, we cannot resell opened, unsealed, used or damaged products. Returns are therefore only possible if the goods are unopened, complete, undamaged and preferably returned in the original packaging.

If a product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the goods and packaging. In this case, we will review a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs and refund

If there is no error on our part and the goods were not damaged or incorrectly delivered, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the return using the original payment method.

Important

Please do not send returns directly to Amazon. Even if shipping is handled via Amazon MCF, returns are processed through jaramari Finefood or Shopify.
