Prawns, fierce heat, garlic and lime: that is all you need for an uncomplicated grill evening. Liquid Sea Salt is especially precise to dose and brings a salty, mineral note directly to the finished dish.
Ingredients
- 400 g raw prawns, peeled or shell-on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- 1 small red chilli, optional
- flat-leaf parsley or coriander
- jaramari Liquid Sea Salt
Method
- Pat the prawns dry and mix with olive oil, finely sliced garlic and a little lime zest.
- Cook on a very hot grill or in a grill pan for about 1–2 minutes per side, until just pink and juicy.
- Finish with lime juice, herbs and optional chilli. Add 3–5 sprays of Liquid Sea Salt at the end and serve immediately.
Precise seasoning
